Chris Baker is the Founder and Managing Director of Align & Innovate, LLC, a Fort Lauderdale-based business systems and AI consulting firm helping organizations build the structure they need before technology can do its best work. His methodology — Aligned Before AI™ — is built on the belief that clarity, documentation, and alignment must come before automation and scale.
Chris brings firsthand experience building operational systems through co-founding Visuals by Momo, a visual production company, where he developed the real-world marketing and production expertise that now informs his workshops. He holds an AI+ Chief AI Officer certification, serves on the Board of Directors at HandsOn South Florida, and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Fort Lauderdale/Cypress Creek.
