Description

The goal of this workshop is for participants to enhance interpersonal skills, empathy, and dignity in professional and personal settings. Participants will learn how to create environments where individuals treat each other with dignity and promote positive interactions, the importance of dignity in fostering positive relationships and resolving conflicts, and also recognize the impact of dignity violations and how to lead with dignity. In addition, participants will learn how to identify and understand individuals’ different approaches when faced with conflicts, learn how to recognize their own conflict styles and those of others, and gain insights into how these styles impact interactions. The training will enhance self-awareness, promote effective communication, and provide participants with tools to navigate conflicts positively.
