In-Person Microsoft Copilot Training for Nonprofits
This in-person training helps nonprofit teams effectively use Microsoft Copilot to increase productivity and reduce manual work. Participants will learn how to use Copilot in Outlook to draft, summarize, and manage email more efficiently, build simple Copilot agents to support internal tasks, and incorporate Copilot into everyday workflows across Microsoft 365.
The session is practical, with real nonprofit use cases focused on communications, operations, and program support. Participants leave with a clear understanding of how to apply Copilot immediately, responsibly, and in alignment with their organization’s goals

Caitlen serves on the AI Advisory committee for Palm Beach State College, advising the direction of their curriculum and offerings.
