Hosted by Caitlen Macias, nonprofit consultant and Founder of BotQueen, this interactive forum is an opportunity to ask questions, share challenges, and gain expert insights on how to leverage technology for mission-driven success. Each month, we will dive into your questions, cover new topics, and be joined by guest experts who will add valuable insight. Together, we'll explore solutions, share insights, and enhance your organization's knowledge of tech topics. ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Caitlen Macias is the Founder and CEO of BotQueen, a mission-driven tech company bringing AI and automation to small businesses and nonprofits. Through her partnership with BillulloNex, she helps clients build custom AI tools and implement them strategically across their operations. In the community, Caitlen provides dynamic training for business and nonprofit leaders to educate them on the power of AI and automation. Caitlen serves on the AI Advisory committee for Palm Beach State College, advising the direction of their curriculum and offerings. A proud graduate of William and Mary and Columbia University, Caitlen is committed to making powerful technology accessible to all.

Vicki Pugh is a seasoned nonprofit leader with deep expertise in board governance and organizational development. Throughout her career with institutions such as the New York City Opera, Carnegie Hall, YMCA, and the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties, she has worked closely with boards to enhance their strategic focus and operational effectiveness. 

As CEO of Advancement Experts, Vicki regularly facilitates board meetings, retreats, and planning sessions, helping members strengthen their engagement and build a culture of accountability and purpose. She has held leadership roles on several boards, including Past President of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, Vice President of the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church Council, and board member of Philanthropy Tank. She also served as President of the AFP Palm Beach County Chapter, where she was honored as Outstanding Fundraising Professional in 2019.
