ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Phil Di Como serves as outside counsel to exempt organizations, businesses, entrepreneurs and non-profit institutions. He concentrates his practice in the area of general corporate law, with a focus on non-profit organizations. His representation of exempt organizations ranges from serving as outside general counsel providing guidance on a broad range of governance matters as well as business and donor agreements, to reviewing commercial co-venture arrangements, joint ventures and strategic partnerships to guiding non-profit mergers and other complex transactions. Prior to his law practice, Mr. DiComo had more than 15 years of communication, fund development and executive management experience primarily in the not-for-profit sector. Mr. DiComo, a member of the Florida Bar, serves as a director of the Palm Beach County Cultural Council and as Director Emeritus of Nonprofits First, Inc. He also serves on the American Bar Association’s Non-Profit Law Committee and on the Accreditation Standards Council of NonProfits First. Mr. DiComo earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School of the American College. Mr. DiComo is the recipient of the Non-Profit Law Award from the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, and is a member of the Leadership Palm Beach County Class of 2012.

Specializing in Lead Generation, Alex has worked with over 3,100 businesses and organizations, delivering campaigns that have generated more than $9 billion in revenue. Alex expanded his expertise into the tech space, launching an AI-powered app designed to help creators and entrepreneurs grow their audiences and streamline their marketing efforts. Beyond his professional pursuits, alongside his wife, Erin, he homeschools their four children, incorporating travel and hands-on learning into their education.
Josh Hirsch is the Education and Training Strategist at Fundraise Up, is on faculty for The Fund Raising School at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and Founder of The AI Dude. He has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2006 with a focus on educational philanthropy for both public charter and independent private schools. He has an extensive background in social media, digital communications, and marketing along with experience in grant research and writing, individual giving, special event planning, stewardship, and cultivation of donors. Josh is a pioneering educator in the realm of artificial intelligence for nonprofits, having contributed to the development of a specialized curriculum at The Fund Raising School to empower nonprofit organizations with AI competencies. As a respected voice in this emerging field, he is frequently invited to speak at conferences and workshops about the strategic integration of AI in nonprofit initiatives.
Caitlen Macias is the Founder and CEO of BotQueen. She is an entrepreneur, activist, and trailblazer in the business and nonprofit space. For 10 years, she has advocated for equity, focusing on ending sexual violence and uplifting women's rights. Caitlen has worked with organizations locally and nationally to improve their fundraising strategies, create innovative solutions, and pass key legislation.
