As Director of Talent Solutions at CareerSource Palm Beach County, he leads the Professional Placement Network (PPN), Executive Transition Services (ETS), and Resource Center workshops, driving career success through innovative programs.

Eustus spearheaded the transformation of PPN workshops into a virtual format and introduced a streaming platform for CareerSource workshops, significantly expanding access and engagement.
