Trust is not a soft leadership issue. It influences the speed of decision-making, the quality of communication, employees’ willingness to raise concerns, and an organization’s capacity to navigate change.
In this 90-minute interactive leadership experience, participants will examine trust as an organizational condition—not simply a personal feeling or interpersonal dynamic. Through guided reflection, practical analysis, and application to real workplace situations, participants will learn to recognize the often-unspoken signals that strengthen or erode trust within teams and organizations.
Using Dr. Cassondra Corbin-Thaddies’ Trust Audit Framework and Trust × Change Matrix™, participants will assess a current leadership or organizational challenge, determine what the trust conditions require, and identify an intentional leadership response. Participants will leave with a practical action they can use to protect, deepen, or begin rebuilding trust in their workplace.
