(HYBRID EVENT) Navigating Employee Benefits for Non Profits Lunch 'n' Learn

Tuesday, July 9, 2024 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Many nonprofits consider employee benefits essential for attracting and retaining talent. However, nonprofit organizations are increasingly concerned about the growing costs of healthcare and employee turnover. This interactive workshop aims to help nonprofit leaders improve their employee benefits while reducing overall spending. The workshop will cover best practices for funding medical insurance, benchmarking, and employee wellness. Participants will leave with practical tools and insights to enhance their organization’s employee benefits.

WORKSHOP OUTCOMES

1) Understand the current employer benefit landscape for non-profit organizations like yours

2) Learn about the different types of funding arrangements for Medical Insurance (i.e., Fully-Insured, PEO, Self-Funded, MERP)

3) Incorporate an Employee Wellness Strategy (how to effectively incorporate Health, Mental and Financial Wellness to retain your employees)

4) Benchmarking: How to effectively measure yourself against other non-profits competing for top talent
