About the Presenter

Pamela Toussaint, MBA, author, global trainer, consultant and personal branding coach, CEO of Ultimate Image Coach (UIC) and UIC Leadership and Soft Skills Academy, a Certified Small, Minority and Woman-owned Business, specializing in personal branding, executive presence, leadership and soft skills training and consulting. UIC has been in business since 2010.

Pamela has dedicated her practice to helping clients educate, engage, and empower their teams. UIC offers clients a robust library of   e-learning business courses and instructor-led workshops delivered virtually and in-person. UIC serves public and private sector clients in the USA and overseas.

Pamela is an enthusiastic leader, trainer, and advocate in developing entrepreneurs. She serves as an expert trainer for Florida State University’ s Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship Programs where she educates business owners and non-profit  executives on Executive Presence and Customer Loyalty strategies and skills. In collaboration with government entities, banks, and community partners, she has provided business start-up training and coaching to over six-hundred entrepreneurs in South Florida.

Her Human Resources, client and operations executive leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies spanned three decades. She served in executive leadership roles with AT&T companies, Philips North America, and as a Principal with 

Mercer HR Consulting before launching UIC. She understands the challenges businesses face and shares proven and practical strategies to successfully deliver business results. In her widely acclaimed book, “The Audacious Woman: Blaze Your Own Path to Prosperity", Toussaint exhorts women to re-brand, re-invent, exude confidence, seize opportunities, and prosper in turbulent times. UIC is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of The Palm Beaches, Black Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach, and Palm Beach North Chamber. She serves on Quantum House Advisory Council. Pamela and her family enjoy spending quality time together and are avid travelers. 

Career Highlight: Ultimate Image Coach was honored as the COVID-19 Resilient Business of 2022 for having reinvented her business during the pandemic, launching UIC Leadership and Soft Skills Academy offering clients over one hundred eLearning courses.

She and her husband are avid dancers - their favorite is Caribbean and Latin music and dancing.
