WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Board Smart Q & A: Board Fiduciary Responsibilities

This Board Smart Q & A focuses on the core fiduciary duties of nonprofit board members—duty of care, loyalty, and obedience —and why they matter for effective governance. We’ll explore what these responsibilities look like in practice and how board members can fulfill them to protect the organization, uphold public trust, and advance the mission.

This monthly open forum for nonprofit CEOs, presidents, founders, and executive directors to ask questions regarding Board Governance best practices such as the board's responsibilities and organizational well-being. Attend regularly or drop in as you are able!
This is a Nonprofit Members Only Forum and is offered free of charge. This is only open to nonprofits.
Confidentiality and inclusion are fundamental commitments by each participant.
