Everyone tells you to work smarter, not harder. Almost nobody tells you how. This workshop does.
Nonprofit and small business leaders lose hours every week to over-scheduling, decision fatigue, and to-do lists that reward busy over important work. The underlying issue is rarely a shortage of time. It is an absence of priority.
This workshop introduces Anchor Exec’s ANCHOR™ Method, a six-step framework for time management developed by founder Amelia Jadoo. Attendees will leave with a framework they can begin applying the same day.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER

She is the right call when a full-time hire is too slow, too risky, or simply premature. Her approach is collaborative and discreet, grounded in ethical professionalism, and built around rapid assessment, prioritized action plans, and hands-on execution. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, having served as an executive director, attorney, board member, adjunct law professor, trainer, and mentor.
