ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Chris Baker is the Founder and Managing Director of Align & Innovate, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, and a Fractional Chief AI & Systems Officer known publicly as The Time Liberator. He built his first business in 2001 with no structure and no systems, a lesson that became the philosophy behind his company: Aligned Before AI™, get aligned first, then let technology amplify what's already working.

What sets Chris apart is that he doesn't stop at the org chart. He is also a Reiki Master and Shaman, and that practice shapes how he consults, not just what he believes. His read on most broken businesses is that the systems and the person running them were never separate problems to begin with, so he works both layers at once rather than treating structure and healing as two different engagements.

Chris is the author of Aligned Before AI™ (December 2025) and is currently writing the leadership book Before You Lead, Heal, built on his healing framework. Chris co-founded Visuals by Momo alongside his husband, and remains active in his community as a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Ft. Lauderdale/Cypress Creek, a Board Member at HandsOn South Florida, and a member of the Marketing Committee for Nonprofits First.
