WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Equip nonprofit professionals with the essential skills to significantly enhance their video production quality through effective camera and lighting techniques. This workshop will provide practical insights and hands-on experience tailored to the unique needs of nonprofits, enabling you to create compelling and visually engaging content that resonates with your audience. By mastering the fundamentals of camera/phone and lighting, you'll be empowered to tell your nonprofit's story more effectively and make a greater impact.

WORKSHOP OUTCOMES

Participants will receive education of camera/phone settings and gear selection, effective framing and composition, and an understanding and application of various lighting methods. They will gain practical experience in setting up and adjusting equipment, with exercises guided by professional feedback. Additionally, participants will learn creative techniques such as depth of field, focus, and creative lighting ideas.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Chris Baker is a co-owner of Visuals by Momo, a South Florida-based video production company, with over 17 years of experience, primarily in the legal industry. Since 2022, he has led business development at Visuals by Momo, where he focuses on video marketing. Chris is known for his dynamic storytelling skills and has spearheaded programs benefiting businesses and nonprofits. He is actively involved in volunteering and holds board positions in various nonprofit organizations. Chris is described as an energetic and positive leader who values growth and development. Outside of work, he is a Shaman and Reiki Master, emphasizing healing and mindfulness. Chris is happily married and adores his husky as a cherished pet.
