The Push It 5K is a fun, 80’s themed, high-energy event for everyone – serious runners, casual joggers, walkers, families with strollers, and even your biggest cheerleaders. Join the throwback fun, community spirit, and a meaningful cause.

In celebration of Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County’s 40th anniversary, we’re throwing it back to the 80s with the Push It 5K! 

Since 1986, HMHB has been nurturing healthy births and families – this event honors that legacy while fueling the work ahead. If you’re really feeling the vibe, come dressed in your favorite retro-inspired outfit! Every step you take helps support healthier mothers, babies, and families right here in our community.
