Description

Shifting Gears United offers an adaptive water aerobics class for individuals with disabilities.  We work on strengthening, health and wellness.  Class is offered twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays thru September. 

Arrive 10 minutes early. Sunscreen, a hat and hydration are strongly recommended.
