Description

This is an invitation to non-profit organizations that serve residents in the 33407 areas, especially West Palm Beach Housing Authority residents.

We aim to continue connecting our communities to resources, specifically those living at Historic Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior Apartments, Silver Palm Place Apartments, Royal Palm Place Senior Apartments (located on Tamarind and 15th), and in the surrounding 33407 communities by reminding our residents about the various accessible/free services and resources offered by different local organizations and to continue establishing relationships between organizations.

All vendors should be providing information on services they offer to the community at no cost. This event is not for selling purposes, so no sales should be made during the event.

If your organization would like to participate in our fair, by having a booth, and providing information to residents about the wonderful services you offer, please join us! This is also a back-to-school event, and all agencies are welcome to provide school items or snacks and beverages to donate to kids  (pens, pencils, notepads, backpacks, etc.)to families; this is not mandatory.   

PARKING: Will be located on Adams Street which is in between both Paul Laurence Dunbar and Silver Palm Place properties. Traveling North on Division Avenue, Adams Street will be on your left. Traveling South on Division Avenue, Adams Street would on your right. Once you arrive to Adams Street off of Division Ave, we will have someone there to guide you for parking. You might see cones blocking the street entrance but we will guide you.

COST: There is NO CHARGE to have a vendor booth and NO CHARGE for parking

DEADLINE: Last day to sign up is July 12th @ 4:00pm

CANCELLATIONS: Notify us via email

SET UP: Begins at 3:30pm. Arriving prior to 3:30pm is not necessary, but we ask that you make sure you give yourself enough time so that you are fully set up and ready to go by 4:30pm

WHAT TO BRING: Each organization must provide its own table/chairs and consider bringing a pop up tent (no larger than 10 x 10) to shade you from the sun or in case it rains. As we stated before, This is also a back-to-school event, and all agencies are welcome to provide school items or snacks and beverages to donate to kids  (pens, pencils, notepads, backpacks, etc.)to families; this is not mandatory.
