Let our Leadership Programs Help!Nonprofits First's Leadership Programs Rising Leaders and Launching Leaders are now soliciting project proposals from nonprofit organizations in Palm Beach County. These programs are designed to help nonprofits address a current organizational challenge or advance an important project that may otherwise be delayed due to limited capacity\, staffing\, or resources. Through Launching Leaders\, nonprofits may be matched with university interns\, while Rising Leaders pairs organizations with a small team of 4 5 nonprofit professionals completing advanced leadership training. Both options offer meaningful\, hands-on support tailored to your organization's needs. If your nonprofit has a project or challenge and would like to learn how Launching Leaders interns or Rising Leaders participants could support your work\, we encourage you to attend this upcoming training. The session will walk you through the RFP process and share tips to help strengthen your proposal and increase the likelihood of selection. With a background spanning nonprofit capacity-building\, project management\, and marketing\, Hannah brings a practical\, relationship-centered approach to partnership development and leadership programming. She has extensive experience guiding nonprofits through collaborative projects\, cross-sector partnerships\, and proposal development\, and is deeply passionate about supporting under-resourced organizations and developing the next generation of changemakers. Hannah holds a degree from the University of Mary Washington and draws on her diverse professional and volunteer experiences to help nonprofits turn ideas into actionable\, high-impact work.Lina Lora Fant is a Program Administrator at Nonprofits First\, where she works within the Accreditation Department and helps oversee the Launching Leaders program\, supporting nonprofits as they strengthen capacity. She brings a background in Human Resources\, with experience in recruitment\, employee wellbeing\, compensation\, and training\, along with several years of nonprofit sector involvement spanning human rights work\, international development research\, and local fundraising and organizational development. Lina holds a master's degree in International Development from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Psychology. She is passionate about advancing nonprofit excellence\, accountability\, and impact through Accreditation and completion of service-learning projects.
