With its many platforms and wide reach, social media has become one of the most powerful marketing tools for creating awareness and spreading messages. However, social media platforms are constantly evolving, pivoting and adapting – all vying for your precious attention! With this in mind, social media creators must stay ahead of the curve by understanding the trends shaping the industry. Want to learn more? Then join us for a Social Media Workshop on August 27. This hands-on training will provide comprehensive insights into the ever-changing world of social media, covering topics such as the current social media landscape, content creation, engagement strategies, analytics, best practices, user generated content and more!

WORKSHOP OUTCOMES

Participants in the social media workshop will gain a comprehensive understanding of various platforms, enhance their content creation skills, and learn to develop and implement effective social media strategies. They will acquire techniques to boost audience engagement, use analytics tools for performance tracking, and manage paid campaigns. Additionally, attendees will leave the workshop equipped with a wealth of tools and resources to achieve their social media goals.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Allison Conyers is a Communications Specialist at Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, where she has been a dedicated team member for 10 years. In her role, she manages the organization’s social media accounts, develops comprehensive social media strategies, and guides impactful online campaigns. Allison has also hosted numerous social media training sessions for local nonprofits and agencies, empowering them to enhance their social media presence.


Her passion for social media was sparked in the late 2000s when she created a successful food and restaurant blog in the DC Metro area, amassing a significant social media following. After relocating to Palm Beach County, Allison merged her love for social media with her commitment to the nonprofit sector, continuing to make a meaningful impact in her community.
