Caitlen Macias is the Founder and CEO of BotQueen, a mission-driven tech company bringing AI and automation to small businesses and nonprofits. Through her partnership with BillulloNex, she helps clients build custom AI tools and implement them strategically across their operations. In the community, Caitlen provides dynamic training for business and nonprofit leaders to educate them on the power of AI and automation. Caitlen serves on the AI Advisory committee for Palm Beach State College, advising the direction of their curriculum and offerings.
